What you’ll be doing…
You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and a positive experience for guests.
• Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients and assist with the cooking and presentation of menu items in line with company standards.
• Service Delivery: Support the kitchen during service periods, ensuring food is produced efficiently, consistently, and to a high quality.
• Kitchen Organisation: Maintain an organised and efficient workstation, ensuring ingredients and equipment are prepared and ready for service.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Stock Management: Assist with stock rotation, storage, and monitoring of ingredients to minimise waste.
• Compliance: Follow all health and safety, food hygiene, and company policies and procedures.

What can you bring?
• Have a passion for food and delivering high-quality dishes.
• Are able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Have strong organisational and time management skills.
• Are reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Have previous kitchen or chef experience (preferred but not essential).
• Have a good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Hold a valid right to work in the UK.
