About the Role
We’re looking for dedicated Multi Service Support Educators (MSSE) who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy variety, and are open to working across multiple locations, to join us on a casual basis. In this role, you’ll be assigned a conveniently located “home service”, while also supporting Rise’s other Sydney services during staff absences, shortages, transitions, and other operational needs. You’ll also model high-quality practice and share your knowledge and experience amongst the teams you collaborate with.

- Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy

- Reliable, passionate, and driven professional, relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and eager to grow with the service
- Motivation to build and foster strong relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community - potentially across multiple services.
Essential Criteria:
- Valid NSW Working With Children Check
- Understanding of contemporary child safe practices
- Current drivers’ license with own vehicle or able to access public transport
- Considerable recent experience in Early Childhood sector and a similar or permanent role
- Flexible, adaptable and available for casual work across our three Sydney services – Abbotsford, Camperdown, and North Ryde – either across multiple locations as operationally required or at one centre exclusively
- ACECQA approved Certificate III and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards). Please note degree qualified Teachers are not being considered at present
- Current and valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, Food Safety and Child Protection training certificates, including a recognised course for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk and national child protection training completed via the Geccko platform.
