The Role: Beauty Sales Assistant

This is beauty retail at its most personal. As a Beauty Sales Assistant at Frasers, you're the face of the beauty floor, the trusted advisor, the reason customers return. From a first-time fragrance discovery to a full skincare routine, you'll create beauty experiences that feel considered, expert, and unmistakably luxurious. Beauty experience required.

Your Development

What You'll Do

• Greet and engage every customer with confidence and warmth, delivering a best-in-class welcome.
• Offer advice across skincare, makeup, and fragrance, with recommendations that feel personal.
• Demonstrate product application and support beauty consultations or services where applicable.
• Bring brand activations, events, and promotions to life, encouraging trial and discovery.
• Stay sharp on product knowledge, new launches, and the latest beauty trends.
• Keep counters and displays fully stocked, immaculate, and visually inspiring.
• Step in to support tills or other departments to keep the customer journey seamless.
• Stay alert and compliant with store procedures to support loss prevention.
• Follow health and safety standards at all times.
• Represent Frasers and our beauty brand partners to the highest standard, in service and in presentation.
