We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. You’ll be at the heart of our hospitality experience, serving drinks with a smile and ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional service during weddings, events, and restaurant service.
This is a flexible role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who loves working with people and thrives on delivering great customer experiences.
Serving drinks promptly and professionally, following responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Keeping the bar area clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout your shift.
Assisting with bar setup for weddings, events, and restaurant service.
Handling cash and card payments accurately.
Supporting the food and beverage team during busy periods, including clearing glasses and tidying service areas.
Following all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
You’ll be friendly, hardworking, and passionate about delivering great service. Previous bar or hospitality experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Mill Farm is a multi-million pound Sports Village and the new home to the rising football team AFC Fylde. Located a stone’s throw from Junction 3 of the M55, Mill Farm is a state of the art 6,000 seater stadium and also home to; Bradleys Sports Bar, Milano’s Mediterranean Restaurant, Churchill’s Events, Aroma Cafe and several 3G football and hockey pitches.
Also on site is a new Aldi store, a Euro Garages petrol station, convenience store, hotel and other shops. All in all over 500 people are expected to be employed on site.
