Other Conditions: Casual Hire temporary appointment is expected to begin September 2026 or soon thereafter. Not to exceed one year.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assists Budget Officer in preparing, reconciling and analyzing expenditure reports and other fiscal management tasks.
2. Reviews and prepares requisitions, PO’s, and DV’s via KFS.
3. Reviews and prepares Foundation check requests and P.O’s via Concur.
4. Reviews travel documents for applicable policies and prepares eTravel requests and completions.
5. Assists the Compliance Officer with daily NCAA compliance tasks.
a. Entering Student-Athletes personal information in NCAA Compliance Assistant.
b. Entering Financial Aid information in NCAA Compliance Assistant.
6. Any/all office related tasks: answering phone calls, logging/filing paperwork, etc.
7. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Possession of a baccalaureate degree in Business of Public Administration or related field and two years of progressively responsible experience with responsibilities for finance or accounting; or any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills, and abilities as indicated.
  2. Demonstrated ability to recognize problems, identify possible causes and resolve the full range of problems that may commonly occur in the finance and/or accounting.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Sports Management.
  2. Business experience in a Higher Education setting.
