1. Audit and assessment:

2. *** sample and proto products homologation according to Nordex procedures /APQP4Wind:
根据Nordex程序/APQP4Wind进行首件与原型产品认证：
a. To follow the *** Sample and Prototype procedures.
遵循首件与原型样品程序。
b. To feedback and solve the issues on time.
及时反馈并解决问题。
c. To update the homologation track on time.
及时更新认证跟踪状态。
d. To cooperate with Global SQA, sourcing, engineering well.
与全球供应商质量保证、采购、工程部门良好协作。
3. Daily work:
日常工作：
a. Randomly check (MPP & PQP, ITP, supplier’s WI, or process) implementation in serial Production.
在批量生产中随机检查（制造过程计划 & 生产质量计划、检验测试计划、供应商作业指导书或流程）的执行情况。
b. Randomly check the test results if needed (3rd party, and own tests).
如需要，随机检查测试结果（第三方及自有测试）。
c. Randomly check the documents and uploading.
随机检查文件及上传情况。
d. SDR / NCR / issue list / Incident report / meeting MoM follow up.
跟进供应商偏差报告 / 不合格报告 / 问题清单 / 事件报告 / 会议纪要。
e. Involve batch or critical quality issues shooting earlier and push.
尽早参与并推动批次性或重大质量问题的解决。
4. Supplier evaluation:
供应商评估：
a. NCR KPI.
不合格报告关键绩效指标。
b. Critical issues.
重大质量问题。
c. Special cases follow up.
特殊案例跟进。
5. SQA responsible for supplier selection and qualification process.
负责供应商选择与资格认证流程。

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with good relevant manufacturing experience.
机械工程专业学士学位，并具备良好的相关制造领域经验
2. Good knowledge and experience of casting process, from raw material, melting process, chemical analysis control, mechanical testing, metallographic testing, basic NDT knowledge, machining and coating process.
熟练掌握铸造工艺知识并拥有相关经验，包括从原材料、熔炼过程、化学分析控制、力学测试、金相测试、基础无损检测知识，到机加工和涂层工艺。
3. Good knowledge and experience of RC for casting defects and with preventive actions.
熟练掌握铸造缺陷的根本原因分析及预防措施。
4. Good experience in quality management system, ISO 9001.
在质量管理体系（ISO 9001）方面拥有丰富经验。
5. Good understanding and implementation of APQP4Wind, 8D, RCA.
深入理解并能有效实施APQP4Wind、8D、根本原因分析。
6. Convincing manners and excellent communication skills towards internal and external.
具备令人信服的处事风格以及出色的内外部沟通能力。
7. Chinese and English (frequent oral English is needed)
掌握中文和英语（需要频繁使用英语口语）
8. At least 5 years in Quality Management System
至少在质量管理体系领域拥有5年经验
