Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Finish investment castings to precise standards as per instructions
  • Read, interpret, and strictly follow detailed work instructions
  • Inspect all castings for defects
  • Use precision tools to handle and re-work castings.
  • Ensure proper use of equipment to prevent injury or damage to castings.
  • Maintain a fast-paced workflow to meet production targets while upholding quality standard
  • Record production data and report issues or deviations to the shift leader promptly
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Good attention to details and focus on producing high quality work
  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions and process documentation
  • High level of manual dexterity and steady hands with proven ability to perform precise manual tasks
  • Experience using hand tools for detailed work such as belt and hand grinders (Pneumatic).
  • Comfortable working with hot materials and adhering to strict safety procedures
  • Basic understanding of equipment care and appreciation for working with high value equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work on small and large products depending on customer demand.
