Position: Casino Technical Service Manager

Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Technical Service Manager to join our team. As a leading hospitality company, we are committed to providing exceptional service and entertainment to our guests. We are looking for a talented individual who can ensure the smooth operation of our casino technical services and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical services department of the casino, including maintenance and repair of all gaming equipment, audio-visual systems, and other technical systems
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of equipment and supplies, and make recommendations for purchases as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements to the casino's technical systems
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards for casino technical services
• Handle any technical issues or emergencies that may arise, and provide timely and effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records and reports for all technical services activities and expenses
• Develop and manage department budget, making cost-effective decisions to maximize efficiency and profitability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in a technical management role, preferably in a casino or gaming environment
• Strong knowledge of gaming equipment, audio-visual systems, and other technical systems used in casinos
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for casino technical services
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
