Start Rate: $17.50/hour | Full-Time | Shift TBD
Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Resort Ambassador will attend to and accommodating guest needs while providing exceptional guest service. The Ambassador will help provide guests information about events at the casino, retail/restaurant locations & hours of operation. You will report to the Resort Ambassador Supervisor.
Primary Tasks:
- You will assist guests with location of retail outlets, F&B venues, Hotel check in locations, and all other information a guest may inquire about.
- Respond to guest inquiries with exceptional guest service to have an impactful guest experience following the 7 keys & IKBI standards.
- You will assist with drawings/giveaway, tournaments, non-gaming & gaming promotions/events, and prepare all relative paperwork such as prize slips, promotional logs, winner release forms and any other documents needed.
- Maintains a constant awareness of all casino services, promotions, events, venue locations, hours of operations, ATM & restroom locations.
- You will greet/promote carded play or new member sign-up/communicate about promotion to guests on the gaming floor.
- Collaborate with other departments involved with the execution of events including EVS, Conference & Group Sales, Maintenance, IT, Food & Beverage, the District, Slot Department, and Table Games Department to ensure success.
- You will maintain working knowledge of upcoming events, amenity availability, promotions. Use this information to assist guests in building their trip itinerary.
- Help with box office day of show functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Comfortable in large group settings and able to MC promotions/events or make overhead announcements.
Excellent grammatical skills
The ability to work with all departments.
Guest relationship skills and following the 7 keys and IKBI.
Skills using internet & Choctaw Mobile app
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Two (2) years entertainment or promotional/marketing training; or combination of education and experience
