Job Title: Casino Promotions Manager

Reports To: Casino Manager or higher

Location: Savan Resorts, Savannakhet, Laos

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Casino Promotions Manager to lead our promotional efforts in attracting and retaining guests at Savan Resorts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in casino promotions, exceptional communication skills in English, Chinese, and Thai, and a deep understanding of the Southeast Asian gaming market.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive promotional strategies to drive guest acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth.

• Promotion Planning & Execution: Plan, implement, and evaluate a wide range of promotional campaigns, including tournaments, giveaways, special events, and loyalty programs.

• Budget Management: Manage the promotional budget effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment for all initiatives.

• Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including local businesses, tourism boards, and media outlets.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the promotions team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Analysis & Reporting: Analyze promotional performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and measure overall effectiveness.

• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests on the casino floor, promoting current offers and gathering feedback to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in casino promotions or a similar role.

• Language Skills: Fluency in English, Chinese, and Thai (both written and verbal) is essential.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and marketing analytics tools.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
