Job Description

The team member in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Casino Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing in executing the property’s Casino Marketing plan and day-to-day operations.
Starting Pay: $21.00

The following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive for specific positions. Other reasonable duties may be assigned.

  • Coordination of one or more of the following marketing disciplines for the property: special events and promotions, players club operations, casino marketing and/or advertising.
  • Superior guest relations as this is a guest facing position responsible for assisting guests during various phases of the guest experience.
  • Superior communication skills as this position will be responsible for sending out various communications to internal teams and being able to translate this information to be guest appropriate.
  • Able to sit/stand for 8 hours each shift in a noisy, busy, fast paced casino environment.
  • Maintains knowledge of upcoming marketing initiatives including daily events and promotions.
  • Deployment and coordination of property contests including ordering, selection of materials, setup, décor and selection of prize-winners.
  • Management and maintenance of promotional materials such as décor, promotional merchandising and other promotional tools.
  • Working as event staff to set up events, administer contests, issue prizes and ensure proper procedures or rules are followed.
  • Coordination of property activation events with players club personnel and or any promotional agencies.
  • Setup and deploy PKMS promotions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Be a customer experience owner, act in ways that will surprise and delight our guests. Leave guests with positive feelings about our property and establish/maintain relationships with them. Approach each situation with a “yes we can” attitude, every guest every time.
  • Comply with our drug & alcohol free workplace. Subject to for cause and post-accident drug tests.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Promotions, Special Events, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
  • Ability to work in a noisy, busy, and fast‑paced casino environment.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
