Role Overview: As the Casino Manager , you will be responsible for managing the online casino product, ensuring a seamless gaming experience for players, and optimizing casino offerings to maximize revenue. You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, CRM, compliance, and development, to deliver a world-class casino experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of the online casino platform, ensuring a high-quality player experience. Optimize casino games, promotions, and campaigns to drive player engagement and retention. Collaborate with game providers to ensure a diverse and exciting game portfolio. Monitor casino performance through analytics and reporting, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement promotional strategies in partnership with the marketing and CRM teams. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and responsible gaming practices. Analyze player behavior and feedback to improve casino offerings. Work closely with product and tech teams to enhance the user experience and resolve any technical issues. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new game releases. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in a Casino Manager or similar role within the iGaming/online gambling industry. Strong knowledge of online casino operations, player behavior, and gaming products. Experience with CRM strategies, player retention techniques, and promotional campaigns. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and responsible gaming principles.
