Do you interact well with casino guests, respond to requests, concerns, and issues in a positive and professional manner? At Fallsview Casino Resort we are the primary contact for our high-valued players, become the face of the casino for these players and provide these guests with a level of VIP treatment to ensure Niagara Casinos becomes their casino of choice. The job involves:

  • Developing and maintaining business relationships with new and existing high-end customers
  • Utilize Gaming Analytics to resource existing high-end players
  • Commitment to making Outbound calls to develop host player book
  • Promoting various property amenities including promotions, offers, hotel, dining, off site events and unique Niagara Casino experiences
  • Ensuring success and active involvement in VIP special events such as slot and table tournaments, dinner parties, events, and concerts
  • Issuing complimentaries using established comp guidelines
  • Maintaining calmness and professionalism in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Evaluating customer needs and addressing concerns or complaints and effectively resolving them
  • Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of casino comping policies, casino layout and available services
  • Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another
  • Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

  • Minimum 3 years progressive experience in a casino gaming environment
  • Table Games rules and protocol, general knowledge of our Slot offerings
  • Additional language skills are an asset
  • Valid Ontario Driver’s License Class “G” without any limitations or restrictions
  • Smart Serve Certification
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to effectively prioritize competing tasks while maintaining remarkable guest service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly telephone manner and a strict attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Knowledge of Casino operations, promotions, programs, and the Niagara region
  • Proficient keyboard and computer skills to utilize all relevant systems including Microsoft Office, Gaming Analytics, CMP and LMS
