PrimaryDuties &Responsibilities:

• Maintain knowledge of all events by reviewing all available information in order to provide guests withaccurate information, answer questions, handle special requests, and assist the guests ensuring completesatisfaction.
• Provide guest service for the VIP segment of players to promote the casino, customer loyalty, repeat visitsandanincreaseinrevenue.
• Recognizeandgreet frequentguests.
• Conductsoneselfinapositive andprofessionalmanner,actingasarolemodelforallTeamMembers.
• Make appropriate decisions about service recovery based on a customer’s play, comp availability andcustomerprofitability.
• Provideconsistent,promptandcourteousguestserviceatalltimes underanyconditions.
• Ensure that the strictest of confidentiality is maintained at all times (including business plans/strategiesandplayer’sclubmemberinformation).
• Promote the Player’s Club to guests not enrolled or not playing with their card, capturing all relevant andusefulinformation, i.e.mailingaddress, phonenumbers,email address,etc.
• Meet and congratulate jackpot winners and work to keep them in house as long as possible, utilizingvenuesandcomps asappropriate.
• Monitor slotfloor/pitfor potentialhighworthplayers.
• Attendandassist withspecialevents/promotionsonandoffsite.
• Manage relationship marketing and player development strategies using defined objectives, tactics, andon-goingperformanceassessments.
• Build relationships with players through personal communications including phone calls, letters, emails,text,etc.
• Buildrelationshipswithhighworthgueststodevelopplay andincrease loyalty.
• Fillspecialevents bycallinginvitedplayers.
• Utilizehotelrooms,restaurants,promotions,eventsandothervenuestobookadditionaltrips.
• Balanceguestcompsagainstsound businesspracticesand company’sfinancialgoals.
• Maintain adequate communication regarding work related activities, guest needs and issues affecting thehostprocess.
• Communicateanyproblem to managementusingthechainof commandina timelymanner.
• Communicateto managementanyunusualorextremeplayerpatternsoractivity.
• Meetandexceed quarterly goalsasestablished bymanagement.
• SupportPlayersClubstaffby providingaleadershipexample,offeringbackupassistance,asneeded.
• Maintainacodedlistofplayers.
• Work on assignments that are complex in nature while exercising sound judgment in problem resolutionandactivelyparticipatesinmakingrecommendations.
• Attendallmeetingsasrequired.
• Completeallrequiredtrainingsatisfactorily.

MinimumQualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of hospitality, sales or casino guestservice experience.
• Mustread,write andspeakEnglishfluently.
• Musthave basicmathskills.
• Musthaveexcellentcommunicationskills.
• Must have good computer skills, experience using Microsoft Office products or related software andability toquicklylearnspecializedsoftwareprograms.
• Adynamicand outgoingpersonalityisrequired.
• Goodorganizational andcommunicationskills, bothverbal andwritten.
• Must beableto handlebusy andstressfulsituations.
