Job Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge casino guests, provide friendly, excellent service to every guest in accordance with Departmental and Marina Bay Sands service standards.

• Converse on a professional level in English with customers who approach the table area.

• Deal assigned games and assist the Pit Supervisor in tracking play and game observation.

• Deal assigned games according to Marina Bay Sands rules & procedures.

• Remain up to date with changes as they occur.

• Check and shuffle the playing cards.

• Protect the integrity of games through observation and reporting of any suspicious activity.

• Read, verify and sign appropriate documents when necessary.

• Demonstrate good chip work, float management, card handling, accurate payouts and other relevant dealing and skills.

• Comply with all regulations and standards related to Ani-Money laundering and Terrorism Financing.

• Maintain impeccable ethical standards and report any ethical breaches.

• Proactively implement Responsible Gaming processes.

• Declare conflicts of interest and abide by Marina Bay Sands policies and processes related to such.

• Contribute to a safe workplace by abiding by all Work Safety and Health procedures and guidance, and actively report an address any workplace hazards.

• Assist Card Room Supervisor as required.

• Assist Assistant Card Room Managers in delivering shuffled cards to the pits.

• Assist Card Room Supervisors in checking and destroying the used cards.

• Meet the attendance and punctuality guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, Departmental and Company policies.

• Keep all information on player identities and gaming action confidential.

• To station at the Patron Verification Systems (“PVS”) kiosk as assigned. This assignment includes:

• To perform entry checks at PVS; and

• To perform premium status verification checks (i.e. Premium Player vs. non-Premium Player) at PVS.

Job Requirements
Education & Certification
• Secondary education preferred
Experience
• No experience required as training will be provided
Other Prerequisites
• Simple knowledge of internet usage, Microsoft word or excel program.
• Respond to and handle customer demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets.
• Memorize game rules and procedures and be committed to outstanding customer service.
• Possess excellent customer relations, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team.
• Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on public holidays
