The role

Join the excitement of Crown Sydney and help create unforgettable moments for our guests in Australia's most luxurious casino. We're seeking full-time Casino Dealers who are energetic, service-focused, and ready to take on a unique career opportunity.

No prior gaming experience is required. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed as a professional Dealer. If you enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and remain composed under pressure, we encourage you to apply.

To be eligible, you must:

• Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, evenings and overnight shifts
• The ability to commit to a five-week full-time training program commencing 9 November 2026, delivered Monday to Friday during business hours

About you

• Demonstrated customer service experience in a premium setting
• Strong mathematical calculation skills
• A strong track record of reliability, punctuality and attendance
• High level of integrity
• Willingness to complete a physical assessment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (CSEL)
