We're looking for someone who is well-organised and pays close attention to details to join our Casino team. In this job, you'll be in charge of keeping our games running smoothly and according to local regulations as well as assisting the Casino team in daily operations in Lithuania.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Managing Game Setup: Accurately configure and manage new and existing online games within our casino management system.
Creating rules documents: You'll help create and keep track of documents that explain the rules for our games, making sure they follow the specific legal requirements in Lithuania. You'll learn what these rules are and how to apply them.
Helping the team: You'll assist the Casino Management team with everyday tasks when they need support, helping things run efficiently.
Looking at game results: You'll learn how to look at information about how well our games are doing to spot any patterns and share what you find with the team.
Making things run better: You'll help keep our processes clear and make sure all important information is written down and easy to find later.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication skills to be able to work well with colleagues internally as well as externally with providers.
Fluent Lithuanian & English language.
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Well-organised to be able to maintain a process and document information, making it easily accessible for the future.
Attention to detail and a drive to learn.
Ability to easily switch between tasks
Determined and loves to get to the bottom of things / investigate.
Genuine interest in iGaming field.
