🍔 Join Our Team at Shake Shack – Newark Airport (Terminal A)!
Villa Restaurant Group is looking for energetic and customer-focused Team Members to join our Shake Shack location at Newark Liberty International Airport – Terminal A.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing great guest service, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment
• Take guest orders and operate the POS system accurately
• Prepare food and beverages following Shake Shack and Villa Restaurant Group standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and service areas
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors during busy airport operations
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
What We’re Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus but not required
What You'll Need
• Must be able to pass airport security background check
• Must have valid photo ID and work authorization
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
