Position Title: Restaurant Team Member

Organization: Maritime Coffee Time, a Dunkin’ Franchisee with location in the greater Annapolis Area

Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members maintain a positive culture by greeting guests with a smile and keeping the vibe upbeat while balancing speed and quality, especially during busy times. They are generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and procedures
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Education/Experience:

• None/Fast food experience preferred

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Standing on feet
• Repetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reaching
• Lifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable)
• Working in a small space

PAY: $15-17*+Tips

*Pay is based upon experience and availability. If candidates offer open availability (i.e. opening, mid, closing shift and weekends) they will be considered for the higher range of pay.
