• · Sincerely greets and welcomes all guests and maintains a professional presence when interacting with guests.
• · Assures timely delivery of all food and beverages; assists in some food preparation.
• · Operates a point of sale, rings in proper amount into register and gives guest correct change.
• · Maintains a clean, neat, organized site as well as a comfortable environment for each guest.
• · Performs all side work duties as described for assigned shift.
• · Stock and maintain the cleanliness of area, empty garbage wipe tables and sweep.
• · Assists in all aspects of this operation when necessary.

• · Follows all standard safety and sanitation guidelines.
• · Count out cash drawer at end of shift.
• · Adheres to attendance guidelines and follows all regulatory, departmental and company policies.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be the age of 18
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and providing change.
• Having a positive attitude is important! It's great to be able to smile, make eye contact, and easily connect with people when communicating.
• Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales by recommending popular or promotional items.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Neat, clean appearance.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to meet health regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order accuracy and timely delivery of food to customers.
• Must be multi-task oriented and work well under pressure.
• Ability to be flexible with scheduling to include nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Requires knowledge of operating point of sale.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Position requires 90% standing, 10% walking.
• Able to work in a stressful, high-volume restaurant.
• Mobility to include bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking, accessing, and lifting items from floor level to six feet high
• Must present a neat and professional appearance.
• Requires some bending, pushing, twisting, kneeling, climbing, stooping and reaching overhead.
• Must be able to respond to touch, speech, smell, aural and visual cues.
• Must be able to work in areas containing secondary smoke.
• Work requires use of a computer and/or cash register
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment involving constant internal and external customer contact.
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for long periods of time.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $16.00 per hour plus Tips
• Employment Type – Full Time

Shift Details:

• Swing Shift: 3:00 pm -11:30 pm
• Late Swing Shift: 7:00pm -3:30am
