Join our Team!

We are seeking a Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional service to all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
• Accurately take guest orders, suggestive sell items as appropriate and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system
• Assist customers with menu inquires and making order decisions
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly; ensures that guest is 100% satisfied with their order. Orders taking can be in store or via phone for pick up for delivery orders
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Promote sales by showcasing product in clean display case

Experience:

• Excellent customer service skills; friendly
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Excellent organizational skills to manage cashier duties efficiently
• Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to lift 25/pounds regularly & un-assisted
• The ability to respond quickly to sounds
• The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
• The ability to safely climb ladders
• The ability to work in cold temperatures
• The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
• The ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, balancing, reaching, pushing
