Prairie Band One Stop is seeking a part time cashier for providing the sale of merchandise to guests in a fast, friendly, and accurate manner.
· Cashier will fill in as needed. Attendant is responsible for providing the sale of merchandise to guests in a fast, friendly, and accurate manner.
· Accurately operate a cash register. Including all cash and credit transactions
· Ensure guest satisfaction by providing speedy service, excellent customer service while being attentive to guest needs.
· Ensure inventory levels are adequate, and stocks merchandise as needed.
· Protects company assets
· Adhere to company and compliance policies.
· Maintain clean and safe environment for employees and customers.
· Ensure customer questions/concerns are handled in a timely manner that is also satisfactory to both the guest and the company.
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Money handling experience preferred
· Successfully pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
· Ability to work under pressure while still providing excellent guest services
· Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable
· Ability to amend schedule or pick up additional hours to meet business demands
· Must be able to work both independently and as a team member.
· Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations, lift up to 50 pounds
· Must be able to stand for entire shift, up to 10 hours
· Must be able to read, write, and speak English

The purpose was to diversify, manage and expand economic interests of the Nation beyond the realm of Indian gaming. Headquartered on the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation Reservation, our shared services team provides a wide range of services that support the Prairie Band, LLC family of companies. Our shared services team is utilized by Prairie Band subsidiaries to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness. The team maintains responsibility for general administrative support, human resources, network and communication systems, physical facilities, marketing, legal, and financial support functions. The shared services team is involved in identifying and planning for the changing needs of the organization, shares responsibility with the appropriate senior managers for strategic planning, and contributes to cost-effective management throughout the organization.
