We are seeking an energetic and motivated team player to work in our busy Front End as a Cashier The Front End at Healthy Living is the “final experience” for our guests and is built around strong, professional, and friendly hospitality. We work hard to ensure that our guests leave feeling wonderful about the time spent with us and need staff who genuinely love to go the extra mile!

The Ideal Candidate will:

• Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, and solid product knowledge
• Complete all register transactions accurately and maintain the highest cash handling standards
• Maintains a meticulously organized, sparkling clean, and inviting register station
• Correctly identify weighed products including Produce and Bulk items
• Use good sound judgment when bagging products; asks our guests how they would like their products packed

Location: 222 Dorset St. South Burlington VT

Pay: Starting range of $15.00 - $16.29 per hour! Previous experience will be considered

Seeking the following shifts:

Part-Time, Wednesday, Thursday 7a-3p

Full-Time, Sunday-Thursday 9a-5p

Requirements

Staff at Healthy Living enjoy:

Part-time staff accrue up to 40 hours of sick time a year

For full-time staff - 401(k): 100% vested from day one! Employer match: 100% match of the first 3% of the staff member’s contribution. 50% match on the staff member’s contribution above 3% and up to 5%.
