Cashier Operator

As a Cashier Operator, you’ll be responsible for providing accurate and efficient cash desk services within our Sports Betting operations. You’ll process sports betting transactions and winning ticket withdrawals, maintain balance accuracy, follow Cash Desk policies and service standards, and support customers with sports betting products and promotions.

What you'll do:

• Process sports betting ticket placements and winning ticket withdrawals
• Handle customer personal data in line with relevant policies and procedures
• Ensure cash and balance accuracy at all times
• Follow Cash Desk policies, procedures and service standards
• Support customers with sports betting products, betting options and promotions across Retail and Online channels
• Coordinate with the Sports Risk team regarding high-stake bets and segmented customers
• Identify and document irregular transactions, errors or discrepancies
• Communicate with relevant teams in case of product or system incidents
• Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding sports betting products

Core Skills & Tools

• Cash desk operations and transaction processing
• Basic knowledge of sports betting and sports markets
• Customer service and communication
• Cash and balance management
• JIRA, Asana and other operational software
• Basic knowledge of digital tools and computer hardware

What you'll bring:

• Basic knowledge of sports betting and sports markets
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer-oriented approach and good communication skills
• Ability to follow policies and procedures
• Ability to work with different software and digital tools
• English language skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
