Job Description

Join our casino operations team as our Main Bank Master, managing critical transactions and ensuring smooth operations in our casino cage.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate fund movements between Cage personnel in accordance with gaming regulations and company policies.
  • Process and maintain accurate documentation for markers, paid outs, safekeeping, jackpots, and table fills.
  • Execute currency exchanges, including gaming chips and tickets to cash, process checks, and handle markers and fills.
  • Monitor and verify cash intake in Hard and Soft Count areas, ensuring accurate accounting of all transactions.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and verification of all gaming area documentation.
  • Collect and process customer credit information in coordination with cage staff.
  • Maintain accurate bank balance and secure casino assets throughout assigned shift.
  • Process various transactions including promotions, Food & Beverage, and other deposits.
  • Support Cage Supervisor operations and assist in training new personnel.
  • Provide professional assistance to guests regarding inquiries and promotional offerings.
  • Maintain physical mobility throughout shift to perform required duties.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months cage cashiering experience in a gaming environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating calculators, computers, and currency counting equipment
  • Strong English language proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical capability to bend, push, lift, and carry up to 26 pounds as required by position duties
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all gaming certifications and licenses required by local regulatory authorities

  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
  • Ability to maintain professional composure in a fast-paced environment
