Reporting to the Grocery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety
principles to make a difference in members’ lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
• Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Perform cashing duties, serve guests, pack groceries, stock products, face shelves, and perform general
housekeeping duties.
• Use the point-of-sale (POS) system to accept various payment methods and provide accurate change when
necessary.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and sanitized work area.
• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Perform all other duties, as assigned.
