What you’ll do:
Deliver top-tier customer service, including greeting customers, answering phones, and help customers find/load products.
Fueling and vehicle care, clean windshields, and check fluid levels.
Operate cash registers and take payment from customers, account payments/checking customers' account balances.
Check dates on products to make sure that they are all up to date, and none are expired.
Assist with stocking inventory, merchandising, and displaying the store and Liquor departments.
Obtain the knowledge to properly assist customers in purchasing decisions.
Follow all legal requirements regarding the sale of liquor, lottery, and tobacco products.
Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure department image and safety standards are followed. Ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are to Co-op specifications, including cleaning of all equipment, display cases, pump and propane areas, parking lot, main entrance, and walkways.
Ensuring that opening and closing duties are completed.
To be familiar with and adhere to Prairie Roots Co-operative policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as required.
