Job Description

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer phones and manage reservations
  • Coordinate guest seating and ensure fair rotation of servers
  • Communicate wait times and enhance guest experience with recommendations
  • Address and resolve guest questions or concerns
  • Support servers and bussers as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
  • Assist with side work, stocking, and operational tasks
  • Promote rewards programs, services, and venue offerings

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with ability to engage guests
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Basic computer and phone system skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage offerings (or willingness to learn)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Professional appearance and adherence to dress standards
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout shift
  • Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds
  • Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a loud, busy restaurant environment
  • Ability to handle multiple guest and team demands calmly and professionally
