As a Cage - Cashier, you will safe guard casino bankroll. You are responsible for cash, chips and negotiable instrument transactions at the casino cage. This position's wage is $15.50.

Essential Functions:

• Develops, maintains a service standard that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members
• Count all cash drawer currency prior to performing any cash transactions
• Issue fills and credits for table games / Jackpots for Slot Department
• Cash checks, process Markers for approved credit players upon proper identification
• Follows federal cash reporting requirements.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to account for large sums of currency
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Respond to visual and aural cues
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to work flexible shifts

Physical Requirements:

• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
• Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations

Environmental Working Conditions:

• The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
• Able to be confined to a small area for a long period of time
