Job Description

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail to ensure food orders are complete and well-presented before delivery. They must excel in delivering exceptional customer service to guests in guestrooms and the Café. Experience in food service is essential, along with efficiency in processing, setting up, and delivering food and beverages promptly. Clear communication skills are necessary for effective coordination with the kitchen and guests. The candidate should be a team player with strong organizational skills to manage multiple delivery orders efficiently, and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor during all food delivery interactions.

• Ensures that all food items requested, and necessary supplies are obtained and delivered in a timely manner.
• Coordinates the delivery schedules of food and beverage orders to best accommodate the guests.
• Facilitates the immediate accommodations of guest requests.
• Serve beverages to guests upon delivery.
• Obtain food and beverage orders from any of the hotel outlets as requested by the guest.
• Follows all applicable safety precautions applicable to food service areas.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Treats guests with courtesy and respect.
• Ensures that all items are presented in accordance with department guidelines.
• Provide information on all outlet menus and their hours of operation.
• Performs side work to include, but not limited to filling sugar bowls, salt/pepper shakers, folding napkins and general organization of storage areas.
• Complete service preparation functions as required.
• Be familiar with upcoming events and related hospitality functions, bars, and deliveries.
• Assist with special events as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


• Must possess basic English reading and writing skills.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
• Must present a professional and pleasant appearance that guests will find appealing and approachable to engage in conversation.
• Clocks guests check out and in.
• Closes guest checks upon delivery.
• Pick up Trash and other related waste from hotel and other delivery areas.

Pay: $19 an hour plus tips
