Job Description

s:

  • Greet all customers promptly and provide professional and timely customer service.
  • Monitor the cash flow of the Service Department and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Set up, organize, and maintain filing systems for financial and accounting documents.
  • Review invoices, contracts, vouchers, purchase orders, and other supporting documents for accuracy before processing payments.
  • Process accounts payable in accordance with company policies and approved procedures.
  • Assist in fixed asset verification and stock count exercises, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, reconciliations, and other financial records as required.
  • Support month-end closing and audit activities when required.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Manager or Superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic English proficiency (written and spoken).
