Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
Balance cash drawer and assist with daily cash handling procedures
Perform general clerical and administrative duties
Answer phones, greet customers, and direct inquiries appropriately
Assist with filing, data entry, scanning, and record maintenance
Support accounting functions, including accounts receivable tasks as needed
Enter data accurately using 10-key by touch
Maintain organized records and documentation
Assist with other office support duties as assigned
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Requirements
Previous cashier, customer service, administrative, or office support experience required
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience is a plus
Strong 10-key and data entry skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Dependable with excellent attendance
