As a Cash Processing Assistant, you deliver exceptional customer service, whilst maximizing productivity. In a busy environment, Cash Processing Assistants work as part of a team alongside Team Managers, ensuring the business runs smoothly. Cash Processing Assistants reconcile banking from our customers within the airport, working to achieve accuracy as well as meet tight deadlines, an incentive scheme rewards their efforts
The role suits confident communicators, who are enthusiastic and motivated by interaction with people. Applicants will ideally have customer service, reconciliation & cash handling experience, excellent communication skills, is able to use computers, be accurate with a keen eye for detail, flexible and reliable. Successful candidates must pass a written test, be able to provide a full 5-year checkable history, plus pass credit and criminal record checks.
Able to complete detailed work accurately and at a fast, efficient pace. Be a team player. Able to work well under pressure. Able to clearly follow audit, compliance and security procedures. Presentable and “dressed for success”
Excellent customer service experience. Experience handling cash. Good communication skills at all levels. Be accurate with a keen eye for detail. Flexible and reliable. IT skills and able to use Microsoft applications. Good numerical abilities. Good attention to detail. Flexibility in working shifts
