Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our hospital and health care operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Cashier will be responsible for processing patient and customer payments, handling cash and card transactions, issuing receipts, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing professional front-desk service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash, credit card, debit card, and electronic payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle patient payments for consultations, treatments, services, medications, and other healthcare charges.
• Issue accurate receipts, invoices, payment confirmations, and transaction records.
• Follow applicable data protection, patient privacy, and information security requirements.
• Support the finance and administrative team with routine cashier and payment-related tasks.
• Follow workplace safety, infection prevention, and hospital operational procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, punctuality, and confidentiality throughout daily operations.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Cashier, Hospital Cashier, Medical Cashier, Healthcare Cashier, Billing Cashier, or similar role.
• Experience in a hospital, clinic, medical center, pharmacy, healthcare facility, or customer-facing financial environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling, payment processing, billing, receipts, and transaction reconciliation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospital or healthcare environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
