Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manage daily cash collections, payments, and bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Process payments in a timely manner in accordance with the company’s payment policies and payment schedule.
• Maintain and update daily bank books, collect bank statements and payment slips promptly, and submit supporting documents to the AP Accountant for accounting entries.
• Assist in monthly bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.
• Handle monthly closing and reporting such as preparing accrual list, liquid forecast, and other reports upon management requirements. Ensureall deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of payment records and banking documents in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Other responsibility assigned by manager.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related majors.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Team spirit, willing to learn and can work under pressure.
• Good at in English (Both oral and written)
