Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused with strong numerical and communication skills?

Join Ali & Sons as a Cashier, where you'll be responsible for handling customer payments, processing transactions accurately, maintaining financial records, and providing professional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
• Issue receipts, invoices, and payment-related documents.
• Verify payment details and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
• Maintain accurate daily cash and payment records.
• Perform daily cash and payment reconciliation.
• Handle customer inquiries related to payments and invoices.
• Coordinate with the Finance and Accounts teams when required.
• Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and financial transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
• Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all cashiering activities.
• Perform other duties related to the Cashier position as required.

Role Purpose:

To ensure accurate, efficient, and professional handling of customer payments while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with company financial procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role, preferably within the automotive, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Education: High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Arabic is an advantage.
• Skills: Strong numerical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Software Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and general computer literacy.
• Personal Attributes: Honest, reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash Handling: Strong attention to accuracy and responsibility when handling cash and financial transactions.
