IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Cashier in Sydney to support our hospital and healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital billing, patient payments, insurance coordination, financial transactions, and healthcare cash handling

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash, credit card, EFTPOS, and digital payments accurately
• Process patient billing and generate invoices
• Support hospital revenue collection and financial reconciliation
• Maintain daily transaction records and reports
• Reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts
• Coordinate with accounting and finance departments
• Assist patients with billing inquiries in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with Australian financial and healthcare regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and patient information

Requirements

• Previous experience as Cashier or Accounts Assistant
• Experience in hospital, healthcare, or medical billing environment preferred
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of POS systems and billing software
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume transactions
• Understanding of financial procedures and reconciliation
• Immediate availability preferred
