Key Responsibilities

• Process guest payments accurately using cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods
• Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately
• Handle cash, receipts, and financial transactions responsibly
• Maintain accurate financial records and daily cash reports
• Provide exceptional customer service and guest interaction
• Resolve billing discrepancies and guest inquiries promptly
• Ensure compliance with hospitality financial policies and data security
• Assist with front-of-house operations during peak periods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cashier, Hospitality Cashier, or Front-of-House Operator
• Excellent numeracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with POS systems and payment processing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Professional and courteous guest service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or bar cashier operations
• Knowledge of cash handling, balancing, and reconciliation procedures
• Ability to work flexible shifts, evenings, and weekends
