WHAT YOU WILL NEED
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must be the age of 18
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and providing change.
Having a positive attitude is important! It's great to be able to smile, make eye contact, and easily connect with people when communicating.
Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales by recommending popular or promotional items.
Excellent customer service skills.
Neat, clean appearance.
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to meet health regulations and safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order accuracy and timely delivery of food to customers.
Must be multi-task oriented and work well under pressure.
Ability to be flexible with scheduling to include nights, holidays, and weekends.
Requires knowledge of the operating point of sale.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
Position requires 90% standing, 10% walking.
Able to work in a stressful, high-volume restaurant.
Mobility to include bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking, accessing, and lifting items from floor level to six feet high
Must present a neat and professional appearance.
Requires some bending, pushing, twisting, kneeling, climbing, stooping and reaching overhead.
Must be able to respond to touch, speech, smell, aural and visual cues.
Must be able to work in areas containing secondary smoke.
Work requires use of a computer and/or cash register
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment involving constant internal and external customer contact.
Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for long periods of time.
