What You’ll Do

As a Cashier / Receptionist, you will support both customers and dealership operations by providing a welcoming first impression, handling payments accurately, and assisting with daily office needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist customers who enter the dealership showroom
• Provide a friendly, professional first point of contact for guests
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Process customer payments and credit card transactions
• Balance and reconcile daily cash office accounts
• Prepare and handle daily bank deposits
• Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with clerical duties as needed
• Identify prices, total bills, and process transactions accurately
• Help maintain an organized and customer-focused front office environment

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both customers and internal teams.

Qualifications include:

• Previous cashier, receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred
• Cash-handling experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude
• Reliable and committed to providing excellent customer service
