Job Description

Cashier | 10340 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £25,583 per annum (Scale C) | County Hall, Norwich / Hybrid

We are seeking to recruit a full time permanent Cashier within Finance Exchequer Services.


The Cashiers team is a small but busy team dealing with the receipting of income received by Norfolk County Council. The ideal candidate should be competent in using IT software such as the Microsoft Office suite, have a positive attitude to learning and working as part of a team virtually as well as in the office on occasion. Our ideal candidate will have some experience working within a finance environment, an understanding of the UK banking system and the various payment methods that can be utilised for paying bills.
