We are searching for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to support daily front-end operations at our Washington, DC location. This role works closely with team members to ensure accurate transaction handling, excellent customer service, and a smooth checkout experience for all customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cash registers, scanners, and other point-of-sale equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Process cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and speed.
• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service at all times.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked checkout area.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
