This role focuses on handling daily transactions, assisting customers with purchases, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience through friendly and professional service. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their shopping needs.
• Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately.
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
• Provide receipt, refunds, or change due to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
