Seasonal Position (Sunday-Saturday)
Starting at $15.25/hour

JOB DUTIES:

• Work directly on sales floor, and registers, throughout the store, assisting customers.
• Process all store transactions according to established procedures including returns and transfers.
• Maintain store appearance with general cleaning, caring for plants, dusting, pricing, stocking and displaying merchandise.
• Assist with carryout and cart retrieval.
• Answer customer calls as needed
• Provide accurate, timely and friendly service to both Bachman’s customers and potential customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrates excellent customer relations and communication skills is required.
• Must be able to read and write English, perform basic math skills.
• High energy level. Demonstrated ability to follow through on work direction.
• Past register experience - preferred.
• Work is performed in areas with weather extremes of heat and cold, and wet conditions.
• The position requires standing/walking on hard surface during the entire shift, working at a fast pace.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs. with frequent bending.

SCHEDULE:

• Flexible work schedule/Retail store hours (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays)
• Expected to work a minimum of half the weekend days each month, in May preferably more.
• Mother's Day weekend has required work shifts.
