Pay Rate: $14/hour

Cashiers process and complete orders and collect payments from customers in our venues. Additional responsibilities include cleaning public spaces, packaging orders and attending to our guests in a friendly and helpful manner while exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
• Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest.
• Own It by ensuring all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
• Accept cash and return correct change.
• Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes.
• Receives cash from guests, makes any change needed, verifies validity of charges and ensures money balances.
• Check IDs of all customers consuming alcoholic beverages that appear to be 30 years old and younger and ensure alcohol is served responsibility and according to all laws.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
• Maintain Courage and composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns by showing Respect
• Present professional appearance and mannerisms.
• With your Spirit work effectively and efficiently with the venue team.
• Observe all safety procedures during the execution of assigned duties.
• Use Respect to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests, co-workers, and management.
• Show Excellence by arriving at the scheduled start time in appropriate uniform and ready to work.
• Report to management before ending work shift
• Other duties as assigned.

401k Information:
You will be eligible to begin contributing to a 401(k) on the first of the month following your first 90 days of service and if you meet the minimum hours criteria. The minimum criteria for employee eligibility are 1) employees must be 21 years of age or older and 2) must work 250 hours in 90 days or an average of 1,000 hours in one year. Triple Shift Entertainment will match qualified 401(k) contributions as follows: $1 for $1 for the first 3% and $0.50 for $1 on the next 2% on what employee contributes to their 401(k) and you are considered fully vested immediately.
