Responsibilities
Greet every customer with a friendly, positive attitude and deliver outstanding service
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Process cash, card, and mobile transactions quickly and accurately
Assist with inventory counts, cash handling, and daily shift documentation with accuracy and efficiency
Boost sales by suggesting products, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers
Process lottery transactions accurately and in compliance with regulations
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are always available and visually appealing
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including responsible sales of age-restricted items
Collaborate with team members to create a smooth-running work environment
Flex across tasks as needed, including food prep, cleaning, and inventory management
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive, and approachable attitude
Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash, credit, and mobile transactions
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks, including food prep, cleaning, and inventory management
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
