Provide quick and efficient service to guests. Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, answer questions and make suggestions, ring orders into POS system, prepare and serve hot and cold drinks. Assemble food and beverage orders, check them for completeness and accuracy and package orders for on-premise or take-out. Collect payment from guests and make change. Maintain cleanliness of counters, floors, tables, and condiments.
Customer service and restaurant experience recommended.
Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other Team Members. Must possess excellent guest relations skills.
Able to stand and walk quickly for periods of up to four hours. Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
Wage Range & Benefits
$21.30 -$21.30 hourly + Tips
Full time employees maintaining an average of 25 hours a week have an option to enroll in medical insurance and an HSA account while those who maintain 20 hours can choose to enroll in dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet Insurance. Employees are enrolled in the company’s 401k plan with an annual discretionary match after one year of employment. PSST is available for all front of house employees and accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.

Our locally owned company traces its history to 1969 when founder, Budd Gould opened his first restaurant in Bellevue, Washington. As the company grew focusing on waterfront view locations throughout the Puget Sound, a variety of concepts were developed to showcase the best of the Northwest in relaxed dinner houses and casual dining restaurants as well as traditional “to go” Fish N Chip bars. In October 2011, the company went off the water to open Anthony’s Seafood Grill at Alderwood.
Anthony’s opened our own wholesale seafood company in 1984 to insure we consistently offer our guests the finest, highest quality fresh seafood. Anthony’s Seafood operates with the sole purpose of meeting this goal. We complement our fresh Northwest seafood with fresh “in season” local produce, Northwest wines and local microbrews.
