We seek a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Burger King Cashier. The Cashier will be responsible for processing guests' orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they approach the register and process their orders using the POS system
• Ensure accuracy in order-taking, payment processing, and food preparation
• Provide helpful suggestions to guests and answer any questions they may have about menu items
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dining room and kitchen area
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Handle guest's complaints in a polite and professional manner, escalating to the manager when necessary
• Assist with restocking inventory and preparing food as needed
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Basic math and computer skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
