Your Day-to-Day:
Provide an engaging, friendly experience to all guests
Maintain a “customer-first” attitude while working with speed and efficiency
Operate the POS system, process transactions, and resolve guest inquiries
Increase sales through up-selling and signing up guests for our Rewards program
Manage online orders and ensure smooth transactions for third-party pickups
Maintain cleanliness in the front of the house by bussing tables, taking out trash, and keeping the dining area tidy
Stay informed about our seasonally changing menu and assist guests with dietary restrictions
Follow all food and safety standards
Complete assigned cleaning tasks
Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to our uniform policy
Communicate respectfully with coworkers and customers, modeling friendly and business-appropriate behavior
Take on additional duties as assigned by your manager
