CASHIER (MERCH SALES)

Performs all duties of merchandise inventory and sales for concerts and/or broadway events, follows payment integrity policies, and provides excellent guest service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion, often in a high volume and loud environment.
• Enters all sales into the point-of-sale system to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Processes payments and provides guests with products and receipts.
• Follows all company guidelines for payment integrity procedures for a cashless environment.
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Ensures compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Be nice.
